Is a bit random if they don’t expect many new players anytime soon.
I’m not sure if many have joined because of hots on gamepass or if something’s coming.

Tip six: Understand health bars. If you are an assassin and fall below 50%, you may want to retreat so not to take a dirt nap; varies from hero to hero. Tanks and bruisers, depending on the hero and enemy composition, can handle dropping down to 30%-ish percent.
If you are a healer and are fatal struck and drop to or below 99% health you are expected to hit that panic retreat button. Same with support.
Go sip the fountain, hit that hearth button. Not wanting to die is okay. This is not Warhammer. You do not have to die for Big E or whomever is your deity.
Do not go up to structures without minions to take shots to do this up against them or within range:
The turrets/forts/keeps/core will not be amused. You’ll be shot at.

I don’t recall seeing the tips back then. It might be a date error? Anywho, it’s good for newbies.
Here is another beginner tip. Look at your mini map, and COUNT! Count on your mini map how many enemy heroes are showing you BEFORE you rotate (you move to another lane or camp). This is more to be aware of where your enemy team is, and enegage with caution.
You’ll significantly reduce reduce Enemy Bush or Flanking Encounters the higher you count (Count number is equal to the amount of enemy team).
I do vaguely recall this article from years ago so I would like to assume it might be a technical error.

Anyone can become toxic if you have in your team a kid who have never learned how to play after 10 years playing the same game 
If you just wanna get fun, just go to qm and do whatever you want.

Me and my GF climbed bronze - Plat as Aba Murky 
I climbed to Master 3600 using out of meta picks.
You hating on Bronze players is non-sensical seeing as there is a ranked system in place, so the bronze players actually have a place to face others of equal skill.
If you end up with the bronzeez and then complain about them is comical.

And you just forgot that USA server is not the only server right?
BR Server is still alive with many players, but the matchmaking system is broken and it can put a plat/D with 4 bronzes 5 only bcs the enemy team is a premade of smurfs in silver/gold
