Eh, I think it works better on TLV because the increase it gives is super large, as they have the highest combined base DPS in the game.
Butcher is another good candidate, also Varian.
It would actually be really bad on Murky. Well, as an ultimate option. Slime Advantage was busted…

40 armor and Sprint + double AA damage on Murky would be bad? Like yeah, it’d be immensely better on Butcher or Zul’jin or Varian, but it certainly wouldn’t be bad on Murky.
compared to his other ultimates, I think so.
The “guaranteed” burst in 1v1 with octo grab and the MotM for teamfights/zoning both sound better.
Remember we’re swapping ultimates. Not just adding a third one.
