The estimated queue time says 45 seconds, but we seem to have to wait over 400 seconds every time for a game. Either this needs to be updated to reflect a real queue time, or there is an error with the matchmaking which is making it take too long to join a game.

Hi. I have started a 2nd account. Played about 50 games. Queue times are over 2500 seconds… what the hell do I do??? There is no-one to directly contact. Why cant they just unflag my account as new. This is completely ridiculous. How are new people even supposed to play this game

I do believe there are issues with the SEA-ME-We cable line which would result in taking a longer route to get to the server, so you que time could be impacted as well as your latency in game.
