That hero need to look at. He has two hard CC. Ferthermore, that Mosh can completely turn the tide around.
Seriously, look at him. He is just one of the best tank, bull, cow, beef, steak (?). Also, Mosh can create very good memory for both side.

He is for sure the most balanced hero the dev team ever managed to create. Since 2015 he has only received small number tune ups (slows or heals being 5% more or 5% less effective etc), and two new talents (Crowd Surfer / Block Party).
His biggest nerf was his base health being dropped by 10% on 2017-04-04, but that’s all.
Never needed a rework, always been in the meta, fits into every composition.
Even if the enemy can counter mosh pit he has an alternative heroic uncounterable by stuns.

Nope, he got a bunch of new talents right after release in 2015 (old ones were from alpha testing) but nothing after that. He did get the Block Party and Crowd Surfer talents in 2017 though.
actually he did get a rework at one point, when all his skills started giving him 25 armor. they didn’t use to do that. pretty significant change to his trait.
Wouldn’t always being in the meta mean he’s too strong? He’s still popular as of now, fighting for 1/2 spot in tank. if Johanna and him aren’t picked/banned, both teams made a mistake
My favourite SL tank. He’s very simple to play and very effective with a tonne of utility, even has global presence.
He’s balanced by long CD on his q and is squishier than most tanks. Also mosh is the easiest thing to counter
His trait used to give attack speed but they changed it as etc was the strongest tank in the game at the time and could do too much

The music and editing was great, entertaining. The mosh plays were good and fun to watch but nothing special.
he is definitely one of the strongest tanks in the game probably 2nd or 3rd best, but i think you should look more towards Johanna who is actually one of the more busted tanks, she has been first pick and ban for a while now
i’m not saying ETC is bad in all actuality i think he does need small nerfs, but Johanna is a bigger offender
Etc pre 2017 cpuld actually kill you. I also miss dance your pants off. It was a level 1 that made your w make all minions hit by it dance for i want to say 4 or 6 seconds. At 7 he also had an aa reset that hit like a truck and healed for a bunch
