this bug has been with me for about a week or so,
my friend list is not full,
others can send me invite and i can accept
this error occurs whenever and whomever i try to add as a friend.
There is also a limit for outgoing pending requests.
Check (and clear) “View Sent Friend Requests” under “View Friends & Chat” settings on the Blizzard launcher app.

on the other hand,the message it self is ambiguous and simply trying later doesn’t help. How hard was it to make it say "clear your pending requests"or something

exactly had this problem and the message is so vague. but im glad this fixed it. was surprised how many pending requests I had.
