Theyre cheap 10$ vs a 60$ nenroid. I collect a few but not all of it
They sell like popcorn at Gamestops.

Implying FPS games never had stories.
Borderlands, CoD, Unreal Tournament, Halo, TF2, Half Life, Portal have lore built into it.
Or how about those single players by Bethesda? Fallout, Wolfenstien.

Before that, I have another question: The hell is a “funko pop?”
A collection of action figures where they stare at your soul during your sleep.
I didn’t imply that. I implied that people tend to enjoy the murder murder kill kill side of things more than RPGs now. This generation will never experience the amazingness that was FF, Chronotrigger, Secret of Mana, etc. People want to log into a world and immerse themselves into just mindless things because we all work for a living. I’m not saying anyone is wrong for that or that they shouldn’t enjoy those things. Annnd I am not saying such games do not exist, but they are definitely fading out of existence in comparison to how they used to be around.
I mean, FF15 was pretty popular, and didn’t the entire mana series just get a re-release on switch? Persona 5 was a massive hit, and Xenoblade is getting remastered. But yeah, it’s just that this generation sucks and doesn’t know how to appreciate QUALITY games.
Also seems a bit ironic to talk about how MOBAs and MMOs have great stories when people flip out whenever Blizzard tries to add lore to Heroes.
