Even when I was unemployed and gamed a ton, I didn’t even game 8 hours a day, and even on my WORST loss streaks, which were rare, didn’t even come close to the amount needed to get to bronze.
This is much more realistic/reasonable. Dank is just full of it.
I just burned out quickly and took rest/moved to QM/ARAM.
After maybe 3-6+ months (don’t rememebr lol) I tried SL again.

this is one of the main reasons i do not play ranked , this game is not my job and there is no point in playing ranked.
Could you finally show us (via ingame ranked stats) that your story is true on any lvl?
You claimed you fell in this season due to free Heroes, but Heroes were never free in this ranked season.
That’s why you couldn’t show us your claimed D1 rank (you said). But if you didn’t play ranked before you couldn’t even be on that rank to begin with.
You either fell in the prev seasons which is totally visible or the All Heroes Free Event did not effected your games at all since it was long gone.
So it’s time to show us something, because your words alone mean little to no. Everyone can claim anything on the internet, but it’s rather hollow.
My honest take after reading the topic with some coffee… He lied, that’s all there is to it. It’s a fifteen second job to go through the relatively few seasons this game has had, with all the ranked filters selected. Then post said screen here. But he never did.
Probably best to let the thread die gracefully as a regular salt mine rant. Maybe he fell from silver or something and just needed to vent.
But it was still free entertainment on a very quiet forum so I don’t mind lol.
You could simply post a screenshot from your game stats, because everything is recorded in the game and the speculation about your possible lie will be over. But since you refuse to, then the doubts of the posters here is valid.
Not to mention the story that you was diamond 1 and bronze 5 in one season is questionable af.
It isn’t I covered this with another user. What you guys think happens with profiles doesn’t. It might at the end of the season but currently; it does not show my highest achieved rank. It only shows my current rank.
It’s just like starcraft 2.
And why not show us your current ranked stats and the ones where you had games?
Or no need to show, just add one of us as a friend and we’ll do it for you.
Hey just to let you know if you don’t filter it out it won’t show the right rank you are looking for.
Then show us your game statistics or give us your btag, if you don’t know how to check for it. Otherwise you’re a big liar
It does show your win/loss ratio, which would also prove your point.
wow, so many nosy ppl here. if u dont believe that s okay. i take everything on the forum with a grain of salt anyway and with how some ppl here do behave the last thing i d do would be to add those ppl.
u also ride on that “he claimed it was because free heroes” when he already stated that he was wrong about that ad that it was because of a bunch of variables after seeing what some ppl wrote.
The thing is, they didn’t state they were wrong about it, and included it in the list of variables. It simply cannot be one of the reasons, if the timeline is accurate. And my comments regarding how they can show information from their in game profile is more for their benefit, so they can shut down the naysayers with a simple screen capture.
In my opinion, there is no shame in being Bronze, but to claim it is entirely out of one’s own control is a bit suspect.

i dont see a problem including it in the variables as it is a factor u have to consider. and making a list and pointig out several variables is a bigstep compared to “it s those free heroes”!! dont u agree?

what i dont agree with tough is demanding personal informationn or access to it in which i include mainaccounts. i find it arrogant to demand stuff like that to put it nicely. i mean who r u? just another player.
ofc u r right that shutting down naysayers with that sort of proof would be good but it must come from his/ her initiative, it cant be demanded especially not by “mere” other players. at least that s what i think. ofc not proving anything is reducing the credibility of his statements but that s just my opinion and i just take them with some more grains of salt than usual.

If you would add no one from the forums, that’s fine, suit yourself. We just gave another option how they can clarify what is the Truth, what’s Reality. Because their story contradicted itself (and as @Hoku said, they didn’t admit they were wrong and listed the contradiction once again).
But they can still just show us some proof themselves without any outside help.
Or just do nothing (which they’ll do) because they don’t care what we think (while imo, it’s just because it was an intentional lie from the beginning).
