Deckard's level 7 "Cube Mastery" doesn't reduce the mana cost of Horadric Cube

Fisrt off, Deckard’s level 7 talent “Cube Mastery” out of date since it still says that Horadric Cube costs 40 mana instead of 35.
Second, it doesn’t reduces the mana cost of Horadric Cube. With or withouth the talent casting your W ability costs 35 mana.

pls blizz fix beckard is unplayable

You just misread the talent, it reduces scroll of sealing’s mana cost not horadric cube’s. This makes sense since that is the ability that is getting the Cooldown reduction.
