Crashes should probably be posted in the technical support section, especially if there is no obvious reason for the crash.
Random crashes could be a sign of system instability. You might want to explore that cause such as running stress tests, or capping the frame rate of heroes of the storm lower to load the system less.
The crashes could also be caused by other applications interfering with heroes of the storm. Such as overlay software. Try closing unneeded background applications before starting heroes of the storm.
