so for a while now the game constantly updates over and over and sometimes i have to quit and restart until it works cause of a version mismatch error. unless it is my fault when is this going to get fixed?
Itâs not your fault or anything in your end. Blizzard has to fix it. I know that for some people this is more âannoyingâ than anything, but it sucks for those who have limited internet data or old pcs with few storage space. I really fail to understand why itâs taking so long to fix that or at least communicate something.

Yes OP, this has been going on for 2 months now and I have the same problems you do. As Darak already said only Blizzard can fix it, they are well aware of the issue in Tech Support, but so far nothing.
Perhaps it will be addressed with Microsoft takes over?

Sure hope it wonât take that long.
I read somewhere that the acquisition (if approved) wonât be completed before mid-2023

Iâm still getting the 137 MB update before and after lauching and closing the game, even though it was claimed to be âfixedâ several times, on top of getting the âGame mode not availableâ bug in-game.
Seems like the longer this is going on, the worse things are breaking down.
