How to bind Talent Selection panel another key?

Hi – one of the bugs in moving to Metal was the unreliability of bringing up the talent selection panel by clicking on the portrait. Alternatively, the ‘ctrl’ button does the same job and works without problems. But it’s in a hard to reach spot on the keyboard. How do I rebind that action to another key on the keyboard?

Of course there is no response from technical support, to date.
