Character loss in heroes of the storm can any one help

Im guessing this is a bug but i lost all my character that i earned in heroes of the storm

Same here. All my earned characters are gone and I can only select the free to play characters. Checked to make sure i was logged into the correct region, re logged multiple times. Still don’t have my heroes. Hopefully it’s just a bug and it is fixed quick.

I also don’t have any of the skins, mounts, banners, voice lines, or announcers.

I am having the same exact issue and I have also done the same troubleshooting that has been mentioned in this thread.

UPDATE: I have also tried logging in from a different computer with no luck…

After about 30 mins or so of waiting on the hero select screen “Heroes store is now available” appeared in my chat and all of my characters were back. Seems like its a server issue?

Hello, I have a little issue with the game.
The last time I played this was around May-early June. This is the first time I am playing and I do this on a new computer. My Problem is that I am back at square one: I lost all my characters (inlcuding the purchased ones), skins, rides and I’ve lost all my levels as well. Could anyone give me advice about what to do? Because relogging the game doesn’t help.

hi how exactly did you guys fix it? its been a while since I lost all my heroes including heroes from back when they gave out packs of 20 heroes for beginners and I still don’t have any is there a away to get it back??

Yes, I am having this problem. haven’t played since that flaming tiger mount for wow was on, decided to jump back in, and nothing.

Good question. I assume you have talked to CS or reviewed what may be needed for an issue like this, and are referring to “Picture Identification”.

You may have lost your account, or it may have even been compromised by a 3rd party. To help find that account and the return it to it’s registered owner, we first need to know who we are returning it TO. I hope that makes some sense, and do apologize for the inconvenience.

Lost and stolen accounts, are serious business.
