Cassia "Surge of Light" now LESS visible when available

In the August 12, 2024 patch Cassia recieved a change that " Improved the visibility of Surge of Light being available"

Previously before this patch the Avoidance icon would become blue after picking the Surge of Light talent, it now stays green.

Nothing else about the visuals has changed, it stil slowly gains color as it is charged and glows when fully charged, just now without the indication that you actually even picked the talent. (Looking very similar to default level 1 fully charged avoidance)

Without this extra visual feedback I 've started forgetting to use surge of light, thinking I’m pre 7 or that I don’t have the talent.

Reimplimenting the icons color change would allieviate visual confusion.

An easy reminder for if you’ve picked the talent is that it gains the hotkey indicator.

The top image is with the talent selected, but without any charge, the middle is without the talent selected, and the bottom is with the talent selected, and fully charged.

The changes I noticed in the patch was to adjust the glow intensity, make the icon colour match, and also add a 1px cap to the charge fill bar, which can help highlight it a bit more.
