well, just about any character in the nexus could be described as having a ‘stand’.
In the case of nazebrabro, the diablo-verse witch doctor’s concept of Mbwiru Eikura, could be rephrased to suggest much ‘stands exist’ and could explain ‘control’ over plague beasts, insects, and manipulating ‘spirits’.

Nazeebo could very will be chanting 'ora ora ora ora ora ora ora" for each tick of damage when using Ravenous summon (hence the need to channel)
