No. Everytime I play Rexxar, I do well enough to have the enemy 2 vs 1 me, but my team somehow loses the 4 vs 3 all game. So I just stopped.

In a way, yes. You need trust lvl 3 to be able to post images that show up and not just links.
And then you can post whatever you want (and doesn’t break the CoC/ToS).
