The frozen Punisher is the hot commodity right now. He pushed Arcane out of the stage.
(Though both are underwhelming as first objective)
But yeah, weather is a polarizing subject.

The Frozen removes the structure from the equation (and might root some for some nasty follow up), but the Arcane is the most scary on its own.
Let’s say the Frozen is a “Support” and the Arcane is a “Bruiser” while the Mortar is the worst no matter what
Arcane was the stuff before the structure changes. Currently,Frozen lets you hunt down and attack enemy heroes without the forts killing you.
I also love that he freezes the well and they can’t heal 
I always did think that it was dumb now that the Punishers stun tagets for follow up. But if you do follow up you get “Punished” by the fort.
Same for Sindragosa. Neat feature!
