Captcha Code not showing for login

I’m also experiencing this any time I try to log out and back into another account,

I’m also experiencing this issue. Entering a password incorrectly will put the game into a state where it requires a code, but the code never appears. Even exiting and re-opening the game will keep it in this state, preventing you from signing into any other account except through the Battle.net client.
