I mean, the only thing they could add is a consent button. Which, when I think about it, isn’t a bad idea.

Games still get dodged btw, just now the rest of us have to sit in a 4v5 from the start… good fix :salt:

EDIT: i’d play the hell out of that with a smile assuming the MM didn’t pit you against Li Ming, Butcher, Genji (which i often see go against a murky)

Seriously though, it depends on the map. If its BHB, SkyTemple or Cursed Hollow PVE the crap out the other team Camp like crazey rotate as 4 let nova scout the other team.

You hope it’s one of the less snowbally maps and that the murky is good, nano him late game and win? Slime build murky + Nano is amazing.

Well you don’t have a warrior so most likely the other team don’t.
You have one of the best healer in the game.
Two heavy pushers murky and hammer.
Pretty sure any stealth heroes own in qm, like Nova. Chromie is good too. What is the problem, exactly? You know it’s QM, right?

Act like an adult and do your best? I mean, it’s QM, so you know you could be facing something like this when you click Ready. The only other alternative would be to only queue in a 5 stack where you can control your comp. Even in ranked play I see weird comps that can win, so quitting because you don’t like the comp is silly.

I’ve won more with wacky comps than I can count. You could make that comp work, depends on how your team works the map.

The biggest factor in any game is MMR. Every time I try to play a tank or a healer, I get paired with 3 dps that do less dmg than me as a healer. I could top healing across both teams (aka, being the healer with the highest output, factoring the enemy team) and still lose.

Easier to carry as a dps and that’s a MMR issue and not so much a comp issue. I think you should have stuck that one out.

Oh good, I can’t dodge hot garbage comps with tlv, abathur and murky all on the same team.

How bout, instead of greying out buttons that let you avoid 20 minutes of what could be considered mental abuse, instead change it so you won’t get shafted for no reason.

Unlike most, I don’t like getting handed comps that will lose no matter. You can’t make a mage butcher when they have blinds out the wazuu, you can’t make a sustained damage support when your team needs damage for the love of god, and you can’t suddenly become not squishy to sub in some meat when your team is simply getting melted by divers.

I’m not saying that my team should inherently be better than the other, but holy carp I want to strangle the person who thought it would be ok for a TLV with a murky should be fighting a team with ming, junk, kt, nova and butcher.

Can’t call for games to be 100% fair at all times but this was more or less just a slap in the face, unprovoked mind you.

Well, bellyache some more, which you have already done. Maybe reflect on what QM is all about. Play out the match? Play Un/Ranked with the big boys?

Made a thread about this, only I called it a “Ready Check” button. Wasn’t a popular topic. Only reason I saw that no one would want the convenience of a Ready Check is that queue times will become longer. And we can’t have that! So we will continue to ruin games instead of backing out with a legitimate system when we don’t like the comp.

Easy Solution: When a game is found, the comp will be shown, hit Ready if you want to join the match. Not hitting Ready, after 15-30 seconds are up, you are moved to the back of the queue.

HAHA, you thought the front?! No! Spoiled Brats get the back of the line.

This essentially lets you find “quality” games on your own, if you’re lucky.

Well I think it also has t have a limit on the number of times you can reject a game. Some people might be too picky, others might reject a game as a trolling mechanism.
