I’m trying to send in a support ticket, but I follow all the prompts and none of them actually let me send in the ticket to get help. They all loop around back to the forums or somewhere else. Am I missing something?
About what? is it a bug report or account issue or something else?
You’re not missing anything, that’s the support system in 2020 (actually - since 2018). The ticket system redirects you here to the forum unless you have a payment issue.
So basically a dozen or so super experienced veterans with thousands of posts, and a few guys like me with limited knowledge. That’s the help you’re going to get.
An account issue that they don’t have a little button for.
I tried submitting tickets for 3 or 4 account/game things and everytime it ends up in a link that says ‘ask the community for help’ which then links to this forum.
Considering how rare blue posts are, essentially the experienced players here are doing free unpaid customer support, which I’m thankful for but I think it’s a bad system.
Same here, which is dumb, since this is something the community really can’t help with at all.
This helps me in no way, shape, or form, but thank you for trying.
that links useless, when you find the issue on the website, it just redirects you here.
and the employees never respond or give you real troubleshooting, only those guys with 1k+ posts give any real help that leads to any useful solution
why cant they just hire staff? why are their veteran players being customer support forum agents?
and dont get me wrong, i am super grateful for the players here who troubleshoot issues, considering nobody else is
