Cannot play storm league or ARAM due to shop error

Starting Nov 23 2024 I cannot play ARAM or Storm league. The error says that ‘You currently don’t meet the requirements to play in this league. This may be caused by temporary store unavailiability’. The region is Europe.
If I connect to another region the game works. If I use different battlenet account the game also works.
No VPN or anything else unusual from my side. The game was perfectly working for a lot of years and on Nov 23 2024 it stopped.

Got the same situation. Change region to Asia works, but i have nothing in it :frowning:

the same problem with the region “Europe”, all the resources and heroes disappeared. When switching to another region, everything works correctly

Same thing here. European server.
Noticed it on Nov 22 and it’s still like that today Nov 23.

Same, since Nov 22. Seems like an old problem for European servers as there was the same topic in 2019. And keeps occuring since then

It’s a server issue on their end. idk what they are doing, but its not on our end. A new acount i made on suddestion of the support does work, but the old one is in some weird limbo. I would like to have my time and efforts not wiped out tho…

this is the 3rd topic about this problem. i bouth a champ 3 days ago and i cant play since 2 days. i guess is something reletable with their server not with the shop. i even tried my last champ

I cannot do my ranked games, so i gonna get DECAY @blizzard solve it, or remove decay from this “dead” game NO???

I did that and they told me there was no solution or workaround yet and I should report it as a bug, which is when I found this thread.

I have write 2 emails to support about, and Support answer me standard and mean a problem by my internet. But i dont have problems . the problem is on this Game. I hope repair this. This support is very bad with standard answers :(((((

Same problem in Europenian server. Another account haven’t some problem.
