I used to pick relentless all the time at 7 due to it’s amazing synergy with Odin, giving you 50 armor whenever the enemy CC’s you.
Really missing that talent combo, barely pick relentless soldier anymore with the synergy dead as quarterback is infinitely better.
You don’t pick relentless soldier for Odin, you pick it because you need it when you are not using your ult.
This is how it always worked. Yeah sure armor doesn’t stack anymore, but this remains the same. You pick relentless for Tychus, not Odin.
Relentless soldier probably needs a slight buff. 35 armor or something. 25 for 3 seconds is not fantastic.
Says you! Relentles soldier is the go to talent vs a Muradin or Garrosh because tychus is so close ranged. He is also a good target.
Combined with odin and the spell armor he will be very tanky
Gonna agree with AnaBanana here, the talent is fantastic, and 25armor = 25% less dmg taken, which is quite insane for someone who blows up a high health tank in seconds at a short range.
There is no hero ingame that can remove a tank like him in that way, not even Malthael or Greymane.
EDIT; Every % dmg ingame ignores armor aswell, so Garrosh is Tychuses lil B.
25 armor is fantastic. 25 armor is life.
This is why, Uther healing stats are tricky. You don’t get as healing stat the 25 armor thing.
Why do you need extra Armor on Odin? You out-range most everything in Odin…

Odin gets humongous range, reduces damage by a quarter and reset dash’s cd i believe.
I think it is fair to not get 50 armor when your ennemies finaly manage to get a CC on you.
