Can I get my skins/mounts back?

Happy/Angry/Sad Clouds Bugged?

I just updated to today’s patch, and found out I’m unable to equip my happy/angry/sad cloud mounts. They show as locked, but when inspecting in my collection they show as owned. Tried with multiple characters, all show the mount as locked. Anybody else having this issue?
