You probably changed the keybinding by mistake. Try looking in the option for that.

I didnt change anything, I also cant turn it on in the option menu.
Press L and L again and you will see

I restarted the game, now it works again!

Yeah, sometimes there are bugs where the keybindings get all borked and the only fix is restarting.
