Quest line for Storm League is bugged for me, my progress is stuck at 5/50, even though my current wins are 29

I have the same problem here.
Me and a friend are having the same issue. We’ve won 13 wins so far this season and we are both stuck at 5/50 on the season ranked quest.
Same problem here, 50 wins and stuck on 5 wins on seasonal quest.
This means I am not in the GM leaderboard 
I explained why this is happening/how it works in the thread below this about the same issue. Seems it affects every account except accounts with 0 ranked game history before this season, as far as I know.
