Hi
I played a game as Azmo just now, then played a 2nd game and chose Kael’thas that time. But then in the loading screen I see Kael’Thas on the enemy team while I played as Azmo again.
Then the game starts and I’m actually playing Azmo in his base skin and no mount.
That was the tripiest one yet. Maybe fix that.

Has happened to me a few times in Quick Match. Usually at least once a year. It just might be the most ancient bug in Heroes of the Storm still left unfixed.
Fortunately it’s not very common (it seems to only happen to people every few months at most) 
It has happened to a lot of people over the years though.
It happened to me 3 times in a row 3 years ago.
I had this happen once that I’ve noticed.
happened to me & my friends 4 times each one with their turn lol first was me selecting Sylvanas then it gave me Murky at least it was a hero that i enjoy playing if it was Vikings i would be raging… second time was my friend selecting lunara and he got Abathur lmao one of the heroes he never plays and we lost cause he had no clue about how to play Abathur that was whatever~ third time was when my other friend selected Blaze and he ended up with D.Va was okay-ish Fourth time when i wanted to record a Nova game and upload it i ended up with… Zeratul we won for some reason but definitely because of my Godly Zeratul plays Kappa
