the fort doesn’t target her if she’s attacking the minions.
just keep attacking the minions.
this happened to me in the upper fort in “towers of doom”
Forts do not respond to heroes attacking minions in their range. They only fixate on heroes when an enemy hero attacks an allied hero within the radius of the fort or keep.
Forts also just don’t work at all. This is a known bug but since blizzard would rather rape their employees than do their jobs, it will never get fixed

the strong do not take it as an objective.

Forts will retarget Orphea if she damages a hero while inside the forts radius. Not all kinds of damage will trigger the retarget, with some DoTs being ignored. Forts also cannot fixate on heroes if they are disabled at the time, such as due to objective or hero abilities.
If you are finding that specific abilities or damage sources of Orphea are not triggering fort or keep fixation, then you might want to mention the specific ability or damage source.
