If someone que’s up for a quick play as tyrande who ever ends up with her as an ally loses. Her healing is subpar (and that’s an understatement) and then to top it off she has a damage ult that’s laughable but everyone picks it. so on top of her already low healing she has even less. Long story short she just gimps whatever game she’s in. she really needs an overhaul and a way to do more healing.
I just got out of a match with having her as a teammate (19m match) she had 32k healing. stukov on the enemy team had 96k. literally triple my healers output. please stop ignoring some of the weaker characters and actually fix them.
The educators will be with you shortly.

The main issue with Tyrande in QM is that she is reliant on a decent front line to give her the space to constantly AA. She pretty much must be played aggressively to be effective, and QM doesn’t always cater to that. I played a couple of QM last night with a friend on Tyrande, and we won both of them, so she isn’t an auto-loss, but since you often have goofy comps or incompetent tanks in QM, it can sometimes feel that way.

i disagree i queue with tyrande in QM and i get more heals than enemy team healer no matter who it was lucio or tentacles stukov whatsoever. it depends on player not the hero itself -.-

Can I just agree with this guy to get free Tyrande buffs? No? Okay…
As others have stated Tyrande requires more skill and usually a good frontline to maximize her heals with AA’s. How well she will do also depends on the skill of the player. Sure in QM you can just have a Li Li as basically anyone can play her, but I’d prefer a skilled Tyrande anytime.
Her Starfall is a good zoning tool and can also wombo with other ults and skills. I admit in QM some Tyrande players use it on maps or vs teams where it’s not going to be effective, but that’s user error, not the skill itself.

Careful what you wish for. Patch notes is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you’re going to get,

this thread reminds me of the one that’s about DW. saying if any team get’s DW they 100% get a free win this one is the opposite of winning lol

These people must not have seen my first few outings with Deathwing.

now you make me want to play with you to see how you play DW! i played a long time ago with a friend that was ARAM i can say that was one of the funniest ARAM games i’ve ever had cause he was new to garrosh so i focused on him and been laughing a lot not in a bad way but actually was lovely watching him play such a hero like garrosh and throwing people at that point i didn’t care much if we lose or win cause i enjoyed that match cause of him.
I would add that Op is the kind of imbecile who expects the same healing numbers from a mostly single target healer to an aoe one.

This is less about Tyrande being “weak” but more about Tyrande player being meta-sheep going for meta-build at all cost.
She got healing build that is not limited that much by comps.

Her lvl 1 needs to be changed. Elunes chosen stays the meta because if offers too much compared to the rest.
The D is too short (pun intended)
And the abilitie Q heals better vs other allies is good on paper but bad when one of your allys is in trouble. Which happens trough all leagues even bronze and master.
You mean 1 - Everlasting Light? I’m not saying it’s good, but I do think it’s under-rated. If the first heal goes to a ranged character or yourself, then the bigger heal goes to a front line ally. If both go to the front line ally, oh well: no worse than not having the talent, especially since 7 - Kaldorei Resistance stacks.

As with every Hero, the individual skill which matters because the Hero herself is really good.
There are a lot of ppl who play her in QM with success.
But I doubt you were actually serious and aware of ypur own mindless exaggeration.

Yes, but, the OP’s point is correct insofar as Tyrande’s raw healing throughput, which is more liable to limitations or outright disruption than other healers like Stukov. So unless her team knows how she works and accommodates her, it is “easier” to be quite underwhelming as Tyrande. Which is frustrating for everyone, including the Tyrande player.
The nice thing is that regardless of team comp or skill, a decent Tyrande offers ridiculous utility and should be able to find a way to fit in. Whether that is enough for victory…

More importantly : can i take tyrande out if i am buff enough?

In b4 “you just dont know how yo play her.”
What happens if Deathwing and Tyrande are on the same team? I don’t think the 50% forced matchmaker was built to account for this!

as an ARAM player there is nothing worse than having Tyrande as the only healer choice for your team,
when you see that the enemy team get a Stukov, Lucio or AduWin
you mightaswell give up!
before the tyrande fans come along, yes, there are SOME good tyrandes, but most are absolutely aweful, while a character like lucio just needs to click Amp Up to be a great healer.
It doesnt work with tyrande.
Idealy the first Q you use for a heal. Then before the stacks reset you use the 2nd Q and imidiatly a 3th heal , this way you do great burst heals pre 16
