"Bubble Hearth" gets interrupted by Time Stop

Just saw in this video - if Chromie detonates her Trap on Bubble-Hearthing Yrel, Bubble Hearth gets interrupted (not paused - once the time stop effect ends, Yrel ends up not Invulnerable and not hearthing). Not sure about other Time Stops.

100% bug, she is supposed to be Invulnerable during BH. Not Protected, not Unstoppable - Invulnerable (unaffected by every single status effect or debuff).

Hope for Yrel mains the bug gets fixed.

Time Stop actually affects invulnerable enemies. You can counter a Sanctification that way - VP the enemies and wait until the Sanct and VP AOE effects end, the enemies will end up vulnerable.

The other thing is a status effect bound to the unit, like “Divine Shield” - in this case the time stop pauses the status effect duration until the time stop ends. This should be true as well for the Bubble Hearth. (Or now, I’m not sure the problem is with Bubble Hearth, maybe there’s something wrong with Chromie’s Time Stop, devs, please, check it out!)

Except Sanctification is a ground based effect and is as such not a subject to time stop and stasis, allowing it to expire regardless of what effect the enemy team is trapped in above it.

Previously we had a problem where friendly targets were able to interrupt the bubble-heart process and I think that issue is at this point fixed.

But I agree that in its essence the talent should be completely gimmick free and idiot proof, with no way of interrupting it, regardless of how some other interactions in the game play out.

The video clip is a great example of skill and game knowledge, but I don’t really think the ability was designed with the possibility of something like that being ever happening. The ability concept came from wow paladins and it was always a coward’s way out with a guaranteed escape.

Until they invent an offensive dispel mechanic for this game, along the lines of mass dispel which was introduced in burning crusade expansion.

Nothing should effect a player that is invulnerable. That’s a stupid interaction.

Bubble Hearth is meant to take you to base no matter what. Why pick it as a Storm talent if this happens.
