so i was literally doing Storm League with my friend’s Trio Queue not 5 man however i was 1 win away from masters. then i got hit by your ridiculous constantly disconnecting issue like most of people that already posted about it. and with that being said right after the match started i got hit by that but not before match starts so your garbage issue only happens when the matches start?
however. since i got affected by that and i was 1 win away from master rank i was unable to rejoin at all despite closing the game multiple times and reconnecting nope it keeps happening and since i didn’t get back guess what? i lost more than enough to drive me back to 1 loss away from demotion game.

This sounds like it’s more of an issue for the support/bug section?
Disconnects do suck when they immediately take away a bunch of points and give you leaver status. Though I thought they used to reduce you by a full rank in the past.

Never got disconnected in this game and i play since the beginning.
I had some games like that.
I found match - some seconds after joining draft I disconnected for 1-2 second - came back into main menu with -600 points.
My Internet connection was fine BTW.
And I had games, where almost all people disconnected for some seconds from both teams.
That was bad.

Maybe also coz i play a lot via indirect conn.

I had quite a LOT of Raids with it !
Also some first EU-Takedowns or Diablo-Laderbord-Reccords …
But i get this complain … somtimes is just wont work, as it should.
That “sometimes” deleted my chance to get master.

Whats “MASTER”, if you can try again ???
Despite the Fact, that you lost your Chance to get get the Firstkill on Server X 
Meaning the problem is probably 95% computers and connections.

I don’t like greedzzard. That does not change that i’ve never been disconnected.
Sometimes people are not white knights, but simply people that had different experience with the game. Maybe you could check with your internet provider if your connection is stable. You could also try to play on a different computer to see if there’s a bug on yours. Then open a ticket with Blizzard if it’s none of the above. You don’t have to be so hostile. The corporation will not care about peasants like us on this forum anyways.

clearly not my internet other games work fine. and this is their response which means the problem is from them not me or anyone else that has the issue
Can’t really blame Blizzard. Where is your proof that it is their fault?
This could of been 1 random ISP that you were unlucky to be routing through. This ISP could of been having issues or done something that prevented you from establishing a stable connection to the game.
Also note, that I could play with 2 friends in VS AI. It would “Stutter” but never fully d/c me. Soon as we started adding more plays to the game, things got worse. So the issue is clearly somewhere between certain players in game. It’s almost as if Blizzard has started using P2P networking instead of Server based MMING.
Clearly, I won’t go into detail about those two subjects. My point is, you have no proof that this was actually BLizzard’s fault.
Sucks you lost those points. What do you exactly get by reaching masters? Other then self satisfaction and bragging rights, I suppose? Even if you were GM, there is no E-Sports…
The reality. You are not going to get what you want.
You can always go and check Bug Report and Technical Support forums and see how many people created disconnect threads
