Blues aren’t Blues anymore, they are now Purples.

I think that’s for devs, not blizz.

Same thing with Overwatch devs, they are Orange.

Also coming from Overwatch forums side we have a guy iirc called TomPowers who’s an active moderator on the Overwatch forums.

So of interest to note: When a Developer posts it shows the Blizz tag in front of the thread, but it DOESN’T show up in the Blizz Tracker (It does show up under the Developer Tracker though.)

He didn’t show up under either tracker…

I think it’s kinda bugged right now, it’s not showing the first posts, which is kinda expected, the forums are still fresh.

To clarify though, a Blizzard employee will be “Blue”, a Heroes dev specifically will be “Purple”.

I agree, everyone should stay “Blizzard Blue” because it stands out the most. Either that or yellow

Community managers aren’t developers. For example, Spyrian is a Community manager and not a developer.

Who is Spyrian? I don’t recall EVER seeing a post by that person.

I mean the “Read this before posting” thread says it was started by them, but there are no actual posts by them in that thread.

Purple makes sense for Heroes Dev posts. In the Overwatch forums, Devs are orange in color.
