Their mmr would be 1000s apart if one had a bunch if wins and another had a bunch of losses.
It would be extremely noticeable if there was 9 grand masters and 1 bronze.

45:35 it gets to the point when matches are super even all the time after a while it actually get kinda tiring…so i come up with the opinion that its ok to allow a little bit of balance here and there and have a mix of even hard and easy matches.
There is one way do avoid huge losing streaks. Play with 4 friends.
It’s the only way that exists tho.
Even if the winrate isn’t forced, at one point you will be matched with persons that are just unable to win games. Since it’s a team based game you could see it as kind of forced lose.
