Dehaka is basically the king of xp sponging… for clear jaina or kt but only thing is it isn’t mana efficient.
True but isn’t exactly fast at clearing. Even Johanna clears way faster than him (Dehaka), even more if you take Sins Exposed for extra damage.
If we are going purely for clear speed i think its kt/jaina. Or Q build rag or leo with kneel peasants.

Greymane also has a very good wave clear as well as damage output.
Also, if going the cocktail quest, once u complete it (which is fairly easy in maps that are centered with entire team fights at objectives), then you can clear a wave in just a few seconds
but true, jaina can do it in just 1 second E n W n then leave, wave would b cleared 
Ragnaros and Kael’Thas are the pinnacles of Waveclear, and a Rag Lava Wave is essentially like having a second Offlaner for 2-3 waves of xp.
I totally forgot about Greymane. He can clear pretty fast as well.
absolute best is Sylv, without a doubt,
shadow dagger, haunting wave (with talent that applies 3 stacks),
with the talent that makes minions explode.
you can have the biggest wave ever it doesn’t matter,
just click shadow dagger, then haunting wave
and the entire minion wave just vanishes instantly.
yup, specially if the cocktail build, he does it really fast,
