Why not Cydaea ? 
At least her dialogues were the best of all Diablo 3.
I never understood why Azmodan was the lord of sins as the only one he had was pride. Cydaea is much more like the lady of sins.

Well, for 1: Spiders. How can I call a girl who is half spider my “Best Girl”
and 2: She would be more interested in killing me than making me happy. I would always be more looking for someone that makes me happy.
(Now for someone to be added to the game, sure, I could see her, but never as “Best Girl”.)
Well technically, she don’t kill much. When you encounter the people that were on her grasp, they were whining about the things she forced them to do.
She also talked a lot about the eternal torment people were suffering in her realm while teasing you all the way to hell.
She’s more a torturer than a murderer in my opinion. 
Then it all depend if you’re bdsm or not. 
The spider part is only a bonus if you have a lot of imagination.
