My match is end and i w8 for results and i lost electricity in my house and i get ban for this. GJ.

You do not get banned for leaving a single game. You might get banned if you leave practically every game you join, or are purposely leaving games to rejoin them later and not get leaver penalty. If you were banned it was likely for something else.
If you were just given leaver penalty and so denied access to ranked modes then you will have to burn away the leaver stacks in modes like Quick Match or ARAM. The lost MMR will eventually get refunded over 10 or so ranked games that you do not leave.
