I can think of 3 healers that does assassin level damage output (if played properly) which are Auriel, Lucio and Lili. It takes a lot of experience to do so on Auriel and Lucio but on Lili. Why? Because she can’t be punished by aa and her trait gives her enough movement speed to dodge those long cast spellz from mage type heroes easily. And she is 100% point and click hero so it doesn’t take skill to deal high dmg and single handedly shut enemy aa assassin down. Any nerfs coming??

None of those are truly assassins though, Kharazim can take down many other assassins quite fast (even tankier ones with his damage ult).
I would practically never duel an Iron Fist khara with any ranged assassin and many melees.

Auriel and Lili can get out a lot of damage compared to some other Healers, sure, but that usually requires them picking a borderline meme build or forgoing a lot of utility.
Kharazim and Rehgar are easily the highest damage output Healers in the game, and that doesn’t even require odd builds. How are they not on your little list?

Yesterday I was killed by Reghar, being assassin, so no. He deals a lot dmg.
I’m not disputing that, but let’s leave him out of this anyway.
(But, if the metric is getting killed by healers, then every healer deals way too much damage and should be harshly nerfed in the damage department. Except Cain. Of course.)
You can do top dmg with almost any support.
BTW, At level 7, Ana wins in a duel with Nova .

Lili and Lucio most definitely don’t do “assassin level” damage (lili has moderately low dps, lucio has extremely low dps). You get high damage numbers only because you do it for a veery long time continuosly. Same effect as with high tank damage. Johanna has very low damage but gets high numbers throughout the game due to that.
The only healer “assassin” that actually consistently does it is kharazim. But he can still only be compared to illidan (low dps assassin) - average dps, high dive and stickiness; well that and potentially very high burst dmg ult.
Well I guess lash build whitemane has assassin potential, but getting multiple lash resets in a row is quite unrealistic. So in theory, she is the 2nd healer that can potentially do high damage in a short time (still only comparable to low damage assassins though).
Tyrande can in theory also do (insanely) high damage (due to one talent - Darnassian archery), but only in long fights and only if you can maintain very high darnassian archery stacks - again quite unrealistic scenario, although I’ve had moments when i had over 100 stacks (+1000% aa dmg - that’s more dps than greymane or butchcer btw and a lot more than raynor), so it’s not completely fantasy situations. A more common 20-40 stack situation would be comparable to kharazim.
P.S. Due to unlimited nature of Darnassian stacking, Tyrande is technically the highest potential damage hero in the game.

Well I guess you could add lightning build rehgar to that, but his damage is below the 3 above (even with a teammate double shield full time damaging). He’s definitely sticky though, so might also compare him to illidan. Still rehgar would be more a bruiser (less than uther though) than assassin.

At level 20 Ana can also duel 3v1 against mages, tanks, healers.
Actually from lv 7 yes, but at 20 she becomes main tank Ana.
Only not against AA heroes.

How is Alexstraza not in here? Only healer that does comparable damage is Kharazim.
Since they buffed her DPS build, pretty much no one else touches her. You can play her as a full DPS healer.
Edit: Uther probably deserves a mention as well. He is routinely played as a Tank/DPS. His total output over a whole game isn’t as high, but his team fight damage during stun lock is very assassin-esque.
I find it surprisingly odd people think kharazim and rehgar do dmg. Probably because of their animation. They actually look like they are hitting something.
