Artas new Ptr skin supposed to have some special effects and animation .
Am I blind or smth. Can’t see any difference. Just spent 10 min to compare default and new skin abilities effects and animation - no diff.
Next. Specific animation. I guess it’s about strange ice-spots in the air behind mount move, isn’t it? if so - this animation a bit broken.
In sum : no specific effects, broken movement animation (found only on mount and it’s in the air)
