A long time. I used to run progression threads for WoW during TBC and WOTLK and it took a considerable amount of time to format the threads when new entries were added/removed.
Even though Sami could copypasta a lot of the formatting, it still takes a considerable amount of effort even just generating the content.

If you do it alone I think it takes well over 15 hours. The description on reddit stated that it has been in the works for a few months and a bunch of people participated, so this is not one person’s doing. But most of it apparently could be one person, a little unclear.

And it makes me even more sad, if I see how creative the community can be to give Blizzard ideas to make this game more popular, but the company is just too ignorant to acknowledge it and use this ideas.
