So I see two bugs with this talent. One is a description or wrong implementation. According to the patch notes it should grant 25% move speed per hero hit, but if you look in game the tool tip says 20%. I don’t know which one is right though. The second bug seems to be that the move speed is actually not stacking PER hero hit as the tool tip suggests. It gives max 20% no matter the amount of targets.
