Our healer spend about 5 minutes of the match standing idle and writing paragraphs of angry nonsense… Reported for abusive chat and on stat screen it showed that he in now silenced and forbidden from ranked for a while. So yeah, works great, no notes 
Well that was fast lol. Guess your report was the last one he needed to get silenced casue he had done it multiple times before. But will he learn from it ? I highly doubt it. When he gets unsilenced again he will continue being toxic again just to get revence on those that reported him.
I swear I only get that question during the times when I happen to have team chat disabled.
