I saw that Zagara’s level 1 talents got changed from PvE to something that’s good for both PvE and PvP. So I was curious if Rexxar is gonna get the same treatment with his level 1 talents, as currently he has 2 PvE and 1 utility (vision) talents. I’d love him to get something that’s actually useful 
I am not sure, but with those two PvE talents he can take solo boss later, no? I think they are useful enough.
And anyway Rexxar is more useful out of lane than Zagara before (and maybe even after) changes.

Not to mention an aoe stun, which always makes him useful in a fight.

zagara is now more interesting i like this lvl 1 and 7 for Banelings. at 7 they recharge faster too! still need to decide which is better at 16 but most likely situational Jagged Barbs when you have creeps everywhere and soloing vs a melee hero even ranged works too since you’ll harass them add to that at 4 with Spines her AA would be insane!
Yet not all maps even have bosses for him to solo. And the other talent is only good for laning.
They could just revert the nerf to the Misha talent and change the Hawk talent to something generally useful.
What do you even pick with him in SDOMs, when your team is full of waveclear already. The hawk talent would be unneeded, the Misha talent would be useless. The torch seems like the only option, but it’s not even that good…
