zul’jin is a Troll axethrower hero from Warcraft 2 and a raid boss in World of Warcraft. He’s an amani troll with an immense hatred for elves and cooperated with the "old Horde’ so long as the orcs were also killing elves.

Vol’jin is a troll shadowshaman from Warcraft 3 and a faction leader in World of Warcraft. He’s a darkspear troll that helped found the capital for the “new Horde” and served as advisor for events though various expansions.

At this point I’d perhaps be happy with even Attila the Hun as a new hero, unfortunately reality says nope to any new hero.

Look at the bright side, now that we know ther wont be anymore heroes added, we can make crazy hero concepts. I’m currently in the process of making one for Rohana and another Garden of Terror inspired Nexus hero.

With the update halt comes an immense ocean of unexplored potential.

This is true! Personally I really appreciate your hero concepts, they are usually well thought out and creative. I would welcome any nexus original based around GOT, I so miss being able to use the vehicles on that map.

The only hero concept I ever did was a joke thread about a “Loot Box” hero. I also remember around the time Orphea was released, many people kept accidentally calling her Oprah. An old regular (doesn’t post anymore) with a Zeratal avatar and I worked out a whole hero concept for an Oprah hero. Unfortunately it was deleted by mods for being off topic, party poopers!

We will have to wait for what MS got of plans since this game is now on a still stand while Blizzard owns it. There are 5 hero slot that are still empty so that is 5 heroes we might not get unless MS have bigger plans with this game…

I would be against Microsoft adding heroes from their own brand, it could be interesting or really terrible.

Vol’Jin was lamesauce. The writers didn’t know what to do with him and kinda just shoehorned him into being leader of the horde in the first place. We really don’t need him, when there are so many interesting and better written characters in the world of warcraft.
