Been weeks and you still haven’t fixed the login bug. I literally can’t play until this is addressed. This should be a priority.
There have been no reported server outages and the login server is up as usual.
Are you sure you’re selecting the right region from the launcher?
If another region is selected by default, you will log into an empty level 0 account without heroes or skins (unless you specifically chose to play in two or more regions).
Yes, its America. I figured out that once the game loads, I can logout, then re-login not using battlenet app, and it successfully logs into my account. But I need to do this every time. It’s not a server outage. It’s the battlenet app.
