After I installed the PTR and switched to the normal game, my account was reset to level 0.
The last time I played on my account was yesterday, my level was 300+.
Please help me get my account back

Two likely options.
a) On the region selector, you are set to a different one than previously. I have access to three myself, EU, America, Asia. Each of them are separate.
b) A glitch where your profile didn’t load to the game. This should resolve with restarting the game, or worst, waiting a little.
