Winrates as Heroes when Aba is ally, QM only, Plat and above mmr:

People who take that Duo non sense into QM are almost as bad as smurfs
But that dosen’t mean the characters are unbalanced just because it’s impossible for the QM match maker to give you any kind of counter to them

Or Tracer and Aba, or Illidan and Aba, or even the Butcher with Aba. All can feel “too strong” in random QM games if your team has no or few counters.

I totally forgot about what a nightmare that combination can be to deal with in random QM games. I’m not sure what the pickrate is for Cho’Gall in QM, but it’s rare I encounter that hero at all.
I’ve recently met the worst combination of what is likely at least a 4man team.
Brightwing, ChoGall, Tychus (so they prevent an opponent Tychus), and Aba.

Just mass push 1-2 lanes and pick camps. Both Zera and Aba are bad at defending lanes and will make his team play 3-5 whole game. The more you push lanes then Zera or someone els is forced to go back and defend and defending lanes are not what Aba/Zera comps wants to do mostly.
Also 95% of all Abas will be hiding behind keeps or in base all day so you wont have to worry about Aba trying to backdoor or commit to pushing lanes if you are good enough to keep lanes pushed.
You dont have to worry about mines awell if the map is big since Aba need to be atleast at his last gate to make sure he can reach bushes and specific areas were enemy team will walk through to make a rotation towards your team.
In 5v5 dmg fights ofc Aba/Zera comp will be OP since most mages wont have a chance to react to a sudden hp drop from mines and then Zera comes from a bush taking you down.
Most comps that revolve around Aba and 1-3 stealthers on the team that gank in groupes will quickly lose to teams that walk around in groupes and not alone and spend most of thier time taking down forts and push lanes instead of trying to fight.

51.57% in SL with 2715 games recorded.
