A PTR patch was supposed to hit today, but it didn’t. So it’s likely that next patch will either be postponed, either be just balance changes

Maybe tomorrow, since tomorrow is Tuesday.
As stated, the latest PTR was dropped at 00:29 UTC (Tuesday), which was a 12h delay from normal drop time. This was during Chen’s rework.
There’s still time, but it doesn’t look good.
Maybe they’re so unready they can’t do a ptr before the patch?

Um, balance changes ARE patches tho.
I would wait until tomorrow, patches normally come on Tuesdays.
