A little conundrum for you, who got MVP?

He picked Strip Shields on Level 4 but still became MVP

Then it would likely be based on early vs. late game deaths. One late game death counts against MVP more than three early ones.

Can you guess the MVP in my example, using your logic?

Ming has 33 MVP points and Tass has 34 with 1 death. One of these two got it. If it was start of game death in normal 20-ish min game or just before game ended Tass got it. Otherwise it went to Minger.

Stu had 32 points, Haka 32, WM 27. All enemies were below 10.

Its purely down to the time spent dead. And KTZ has the potential instant respawn in his favour aswel which can even negate the MVP reduction a late game death generaly causes (although, in this case he didnt take that talent it seems).

He picked the anti shield chains, because of Fenix

I honestly detest the MVP screen. In a recent match I wanted to vote for our healer. Compared to the enemy healer, he had zero deaths, the most hero damage, the most kills and assists, the most exp, the most siege. The enemy healer had a whopping six deaths and was on the losing team.

The enemy healer got on the screen for “2 clutch heals”, this is just ridiculous, our healer got no recognition at all.
