A guide to objectives

So one thing I noticed during my brief short time on my alt was that nobody has a clue what to do with the time during objectives

Before: Gather items

  • Do camps and turn in before the objective begine.
  • With item camps do them as soon as possible (item camps start at 1:00 )
  • Make sure you have enough health and mana. Do not use fountains unless you dont have time
  • Check if its worth it or if you can do something else

During:

  • Keep an eye on your teammates if they are there. Engage the objective with your full team. Unless agreed upon otherwise
  • Focus the one who is out of position regardles the roll of the hero
  • Make sure the one who gives the most time during a objective can do the less
  • Either engage upon the objective or 1 hero stays on the objective and the rest is zoning the enemy team out
  • Deploy your items!!
  • ** If you have time like obj at sky temple or volskaya dont stand with multiple people on the objective. This is what separates high and low elos. Try to soak, catch xp globes. Make most of your time (but stay neir the objective. Dont go top lane to soak while the objective is bot lane because the moment you spot a enemy you need to be there) **

After the obj:

  • Push with the objective. Dont go in without a minion wave or without your team
  • Strave step between attacks as the protector or dragon knight

Doing objectives is counter productive if your aim is to lose as many games as possible

You could use some timers. As in

What does mean “have time”? Put some timers to it.

Yeah I’m just guessing.

It depends on location and what the plan is. If your going to zone them away. You need to be there in time.
If you wanna catch one more wave of xp. Hearth around 25s
