How is this possible? Playing duo. We’re waiting over 1h to find a game at the time of writing this… How to solve this?
Which server was that? I knew aussies have these, but they are rarer on US/EU.

Which server do you play on? Also, at which time at your local?
I don’t play rank, so I only know in EU, 5 seconds for ARAM queue, and 3 to 10 mins for QM queue.
Ask your friend to stop playing on his smurf.
One of you is high rank i guess, as far as i understod really high rank queues take long. I only know from diamond and its usually a minute or two.
Region matters for sure, its too bad if your region has long queues

We’re both master league.
Que times can get really high at master/gm on all regions.
There is no fix for that.
They tightened matchmaking for high MMR last year considerably, it is rare to even get a D1 now (though it leads to faster ques, match quality was worse).
