they need to make dr boom and hydration station only summon one of each particular minion. so you’d only get one zilliax back and would have to run other taunts or mechs to get max value out of them. note i play wild and have only faced zilliax res deck like one time.
As I’ve said in several threads already.
They just need to make the keywords on perfect module a battlecry.
It would make Zilliax not a legitimate target for hydration station, and Inventor boom copies wouldn’t have the divine shield, rush, lifesteal, and taunt keywords.
As a side bonus, neither would the back half of the virus module
that doesn’t make sense though. why would perfect module’s parts be a battlecry in logic wise besides needing to nerf it.
It’s the best way to nerf interactions without really nerfing Zilliax (other than perfect virus, which needed a nerf anyway) or the other cards.
It’s okay. Every 3-5 posts is complaining about how horribly un-fun zilliax is… meanwhile, devs haven’t been concerned with a thing other than making money off of the new xpac.
The only people that defend zilliax are trolls or people that abuse zilliax, themselves. Never have i seen a more broken card/deck except for years ago with grim patron warrior. That also took them MONTHS to fix, despite almost every… single… post on the forums complaining about it.
It’s not even about them actually THINKING that its balanced. They are just too lazy to nerf/fix it. I suspect the fact that its a diamond card also has a lot to do with it.
TLDR; $$$$$$$$$ makes the activision go 'round.
Now i am sure he is just trolling.
I mean can they even afford the change zilliax? Lets be fair that most of the playerbase can’t navigate a deck more complex then reziax/concierge/lamplighter whatever. If you change any of them everyone would start to incessantly complain that they can no longer win with 2 cards.

If you hate Zilliax, I will at least regale you with a fun game I played today that was extremely satisfying. I was playing a Hunter deck created by Chump, he does a lot of fun deck lists on YouTube if you’re not familiar. This particular deck revolves around 1 copy of the new amalgam and buffing it to infinite and beyond. I had this Druid on the ropes, but my opponent played unkilliax, cleared my amalgam. Then my opponent started emoting. The following turn, I top-decked my enormous amalgam. I played it for 1, used Bird-watching to draw the 3/1 Rush that can magnetize to mechs or beasts, put the Rush on the Amalgam and for the grand finale: Always a Bigger Jormungr for some sweet, sweet over-the-top damage.
As I watched my opponent’s icon erupt, I could only imagine how absolutely tilted he must have been. He did the thing, played the card that wins the game…how could he have lost to some meme trash deck? Amazing feeling.
