Zerek's Last Puzzle is bugged for me

Zerek’s last puzzle, 5/5, doesn’t load properly. The minions load, but my hand only has 1 card which is the one that allows you to change hands with your opponent. I can’t use the card, nothing works, I don’t even have the arrow that allows me to reset the puzzle. The only way I can leave is by restarting the game, and now I have a permanent 5/5 marker on Zerek’s portrait on the adventure. Literally cannot progress and get my cards because of this.

Edit: I have now tried going back to the game and I’m stuck with “You were reconnected to your last game. Resuming…” and it never goes away. I tried clearing cache, I tried disconnecting the internet cable while it was loading, I tried scanning and repairing the game. Nothing worked, so now I’m unable to even play Hearthstone until the puzzle is fixed. Would appreciate a response soon.

Same thing happened to me, and in the end I had to uninstall it and download it again. After I signed in, the message about reconnecting was still there, but when I went back in a second time it showed something about cards being updated and it worked. Also, the Lethal Level 4/7 with Lil’ Stormy is bugged. I haven’t checked any of the other puzzle catergories yet, but they probably have the same issue on one of the hero levels. Hopefully a dev or someone will read this and fix the issue.

Same Problem but i could easily pass of the reconnecting to the match issue by closing the app on my phone and open it on my computer. BUT I can’t do anything when I launch the puzzle.

I have a similar issue where the cards don’t do what’s written on them and I get stuck
